SolTerra hosts exclusive preview party at their ultra-luxury, super green condominium project in Capitol Hill
Last night, more than 150 registered buyers, investors and brokers gathered at 1300 E Pike Street in Capitol Hill to celebrate SOLIS’s exclusive preview event in advance of the pre-sales event on September 15th and 16th. Groundbreaking is expected to commence by October 2018 with first occupancy early 2020.
Registered guests were able to get a sneak peek of finishes and color palettes, enjoy catering by Taqueria Taco Gol, and jazz-funk by artist, Elena Maque. Among the guests, were the project’s developers, Brian Heather and Marc Colcuccio, who spoke to the crowd about their vision to build sustainable and affordable living in Capitol Hill.
As the opportunity to own one of forty-five condominium residences in Capitol Hill comes into full view, the excitement is building toward the Grand Opening Sales Event.
