Located at the former Fran’s Building in the iconic Pike-Pine corridor, SOLIS is a passive house-designed project offering an intimate, eclectic lifestyle in the heart of Capitol Hill. Each of the studio to two bedroom residences at SOLIS feature, Zen-inspired finishes as well as on-site amenities that rival those of the neighborhood’s celebrated spas. The first “for sale” community to come out of the woodwork in nearly a decade, SOLIS is surrounded by some of the best eateries in Seattle, from Momiji’s acclaimed Japanese food to Pacific Northwest fare at Sitka and Spruce.

The 45 condo homes are encased in floor-to-ceiling glass with approximately 9-foot elevated ceilings and singular terrace experiences. Designed by the award-winning architects at Weber Thompson, SOLIS will be built by Cascade Built – a leading Passive House contractor. Throughout the project residents will enjoy premium kitchens and bathrooms and oversized windows with exterior automated sun shades, sun-inspired artisan touches such as sun glazed Spanish tiles and Mediterranean lighting elements.

With 3,300-sq. ft. of ground level retail, SOLIS will feature a premier restaurant space boasting a dynamic indoor/outdoor seating with a prime street corner at 13th Avenue and East Pike Street. The collection of amenities throughout consists of a roof that will feature a sun deck, green roof, dog run, and a relaxation lounge with views of Seattle’s Skyline. An immersive retreat that is well-designed and intended to connect people to each other and to nature. Residents on-the-go will love taking advantage of the bike barn and seamless access to the light rail, bus lines and street car.

The Neighborhood

Home to bustling cobblestone streets and classical architecture Capitol Hill is one of Seattle’s most iconic locations. While the area buzzes with business executives, students and tourists from 9 to 5, the neighborhood calms down a little at night, giving way to a relaxing, yet colorful nightlife. Sit back for happy hour at one of the many taverns and coffeehouses, or take an evening stroll along Cal Anderson and Volunteer parks.
